Triangulation

Triangulation; Points = Balance
In the horse stance you can find your foot points by discovering your edges. These edges are the outside edge of your balance. Simply lean as far to one side as you can without lifting a foot. If you are leaning to the left you will feel your foot's balanced edge on the outside of the left foot and the inside of the right foot. Front and back edges are determined in the same way. At the end of each edge is your point. Perfect balance is strongest when your weight is evenly dispersed between all points in both feet. As a foot point connection weakens your balance also starts to become compromised. You can regain a good connection by lowering your center.
